James delivered a one-day workshop with our Senior Leadership Team that really stood out from the typical leadership sessions we’ve all experienced before. It was fresh, thought-provoking and genuinely engaging. He encouraged us to reflect not just on how we approach our work, but also on our wider lives, which made a lasting impression on me.

I left the session feeling energised and motivated to make both personal and professional changes to improve different areas of my life.

Following this, James spent time with more junior members of the organisation and even ran a condensed one-hour session for the wider workforce. From the outset, he had everyone’s attention, and it was fantastic to see such a high level of engagement and enthusiasm right across the business.
