I spent many years operating as a CEO in the high intensity world of professional sport. Fifteen hour days and working weekends became the norm for me.


Early one morning I collapsed in my bathroom having succumbed to Pneumonia. I realised that whilst I felt mentally ok my body could not take the relentless pace. That incident was an invaluable learning experience for me which I now draw from when coaching leaders.


The stark reality is that many people are well down the road that without changes will lead to burn out. If you recognise any of these eight symptoms then please take action and get in touch.
