I spent many years operating as a CEO in the high intensity world of professional sport. Fifteen hour days and working weekends became the norm for me.


Early one morning I collapsed in my bathroom having succumbed to Pneumonia. I realised that whilst I felt mentally ok my body could not take the relentless pace. That incident was an invaluable learning experience for me which I now draw from when coaching leaders.
